Heat the water to boiling in the microwave or over medium high heat on the stovetop. Once the water is boiling, place it in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve the Jello powder in the boiling water. Stir until dissolved which will take about 2 minutes. Don't skimp on the stirring, even if your arm gets tired.

7Up Salad consists of Lemon Jello made with 7 Up, drained crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, and mini marshmallows. It's then refrigerated before being covered with a pineapple pudding mousse. It can be garnished with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts if desired.

Pour into a 9"x13" pan or 10 -12 individual parfait glasses. Evenly distribute 1 generous cup Fresh Raspberries and press into Jello until covered. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. In a small bowl mix together 1/2 teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin and 3 tablespoons Water to bloom gelatin. Set aside.

1 egg, beaten 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7-up and cool until partially set. Add crushed pineapple, saving juice for topping. Add miniature marshmallows and cottage cheese. Place mixture in a 13x9 in. pan and refrigerate.
